Smokey has an incredibly versatile pedigree.  We personally love the Roy Boy Hancock and the Nu Cash bloodlines; we have one of each in the brood mare band.  We have had a great experience with the Four Whata Gray lines as well, they are outstanding ranch and tough using horses.  Smokey will be halter broke and gelded before he leaves.  We have already started haltering and tying him up and he is taking right to it.  Give this guy time to fill out and he will make a nice gelding.
